Morvern Community Woodlands is embedded in the local community, being owned and controlled by local people (as defined within our articles of association). We have over 120 members from the local community from a population of around 350.
Full membership of Morvern Community Woodlands is open to all residents of Morvern. We also have junior membership for those who are under 16 and friends membership for those who live outside Morvern but still wish to support our work.
Morvern Community Woodlands currently eight directors who manage our work. We are always looking for more input, so please get in touch if you are interested in becoming a director or if you would like to help out with our activities and events.
We have close ties to other community groups in Morvern, including Morvern Community Development Company and Morvern Community Council.
